I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though hot because the A/C was centrally turned off, was surprisingly quiet for its location near the A2 into London at a reasonable rate. The service was exceptional, especially with my toddler, and I'm looking forward to returning for my work Christmas party. The hotel might need a little sprucing up for Christmas cheer, but the location was ideal for what we needed, with great access to public transport and nearby attractions.

The room was really hot as the air conditioning didn't cool it properly, but being on the ground floor meant it was surprisingly quiet despite our close proximity to the A2. The rate was reasonable.

The staff was great, attentive even before we asked, and they were very accommodating when we needed milk for the baby during our stay. Looking forward to my next visit for the Christmas party.

The hotel's location was convenient for a weekend of racing at Brands Hatch circuit and away from the main road. The rooms, although a bit on the small side and lacking adequate cooling, offered a respite from the outside noise. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff greeting us warmly throughout our stay. Overall, a satisfactory stay with a few areas for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was excellent, the beds were very big and comfy, and the breakfast was very good. However, we did not receive an upgrade as IHG Rewards Club Platinum members. The hotel is quite outdated but nonetheless clean.
